Els Consultancy Ltd provides tailored consultancy services. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following booking and cancellation terms apply.
Deposits & Booking Confirmation
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings:
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Full payment is due before final deliverables are issued.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee unless the session is rebooked and completed within 14 calendar days. If consultancy or research work has already commenced, cancellations will be charged at 100% of the package fee.
Cooling-Off Period: Clients booking online are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law, unless services begin during that period. If services commence within the cooling-off period, fees may be retained to cover work completed.
How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@elsconsultancy.co.uk.
Please include your name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.
